Earthquake Relief Fundraiser

DIL Ottawa - October 18, 2005
DIL Ottawa took the lead in organizing a fundraiser for the devastated victims of the October 8th, 2005 earthquake of Northern Pakistan.
Canada Pakistan Association, Ottawa Muslim Association, Ottawa Muslim Women's Organization and the High Commission of Pakistan also collaborated in this fundraiser. This event raised over $200,000.
A check of $190,000 being presented by DIL Ottawa Board members and Ottawa Muslim Women's Organization to Mr. David Pratt from the Red Cross
